1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service

These User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service") are jointly entered into by the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and AimyGuitar Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we"). You have no right to use our products and services unless you have read and accepted all the contents of these Terms of Service. Your use of our products and services shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to sign these Terms of Service.

2. Changes and Modifications to Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service when necessary. After the Terms of Service are changed, the revised content will be prompted on important pages. If you do not agree to the revised content, you may discontinue the information services of this application. If you continue to enjoy the information services of this application, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changes to the Terms of Service. This application reserves the right to modify or interrupt the services at any time without prior notice to you. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising the right to modify or interrupt the services.

3. User Conduct

User ID, Password and Security

After successful registration, you will become a legitimate user of the Company and obtain a password and account. Meanwhile, this account and password can be used to log in to all web pages and apps of the Company. Therefore, you shall take reasonable measures to maintain the security of your password and account. You shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted using your password and account; any losses or damages arising from such activities shall be borne by you, and the Company shall not be liable for any such losses or damages. If your password and account are used without authorization or any other security issues arise, you may notify the Company immediately, and you shall terminate the account after each connection; otherwise, you may not be entitled to the security protection of the Company. The Company reserves the right to close and cancel accounts that have not been used by users for a long time.

Prohibited Behaviors During Account Registration

• You shall not register using the real names, courtesy names, stage names or pen names of Party and state leaders or other social celebrities;
• Impersonate any person or institution, or falsely or misleadingly associate your name with any person or institution;
• Shall not register a name that is similar or identical to the names of other users;
• Shall not register uncivilized or unhealthy names, or names containing discriminatory, insulting or obscene words;
• Shall not register names that may cause ambiguity or misunderstanding;

Prohibited Information and Content

You shall not post the following illegal information and photos on this application:

• Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
• Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
• Damaging national honor and interests;
• Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
• Undermining national religious policies or propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or instigating crimes;
• Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
• Prohibiting harassment, defamation, threats, or impersonation of other users of this website;
• Strictly prohibiting incitement to illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering to disturb social order;
• Strictly prohibiting the posting of files or information that may infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties, such as (including but not limited to): virus codes, hacker programs, software cracking registration information;
• Prohibiting the uploading of others' works. This includes works of others that you download, intercept or collect from the Internet;
• Prohibiting the uploading of web page images such as advertisements, banners, logos, etc.;

4. Availability

We will make every effort to ensure that our application and application content are available for download and use at any time. However, our application and application content are provided through the Internet and mobile networks, so their operation and availability may be affected at any time by factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee that the use or access of our application or application content will always be available and/or uninterrupted.

5. Terms of Use

2. Your right to use our application is personal to you, and you shall not transfer our application to any other person for any reason. If you sell or give away any device with our application installed, you must first delete our application from it.
3. The way you use our application may also be subject to the terms of the App Store from which you downloaded our application. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of the App Store from which you downloaded our application, the terms of the App Store from which you downloaded our application shall prevail.

6. Termination of Service

You may suspend the website service at any time according to the actual situation. If you have any objection to any proposal of the Terms of Service, or any objection to the subsequent modifications of the Terms, or are dissatisfied with the user services of AimyGuitar, you may only terminate the service with AimyGuitar in the following ways, and AimyGuitar shall not bear any additional liability:

• No longer use AimyGuitar user services;
• Terminate your eligibility to use AimyGuitar services;

After the termination of the user service, your right to use AimyGuitar services will be suspended immediately. From then on, AimyGuitar shall no longer bear any obligations to you.

7. Content Uploaded or Posted

User-uploaded content refers to videos or any other content uploaded or posted by you within the Company, including text, images, audio, etc. Unless the Company receives relevant notices, the Company will regard you as the copyright owner of the content uploaded or posted on this application. As the publisher of the content, you are responsible for the posted content, and the content publisher shall bear all legal liabilities and joint and several liabilities for all disputes arising from the posted content. The Company shall not bear any legal liabilities or joint and several liabilities.

The Company does not guarantee the legality, validity, accuracy, completeness or quality of the content transmitted through this application. You may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate or offensive content when using this application. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content and any losses or damages arising therefrom. The Company reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content provided through the application at its sole discretion.

If an individual or entity believes that the Company has content that infringes upon its legitimate rights and interests, it shall prepare legally effective certification materials and contact the Company in a timely manner to enable the Company to handle it promptly.

8. Fees

1. After installing our application, you may choose the required subscription to use each application. Subscriptions are available weekly, monthly, annually and for a lifetime, and more details of each subscription type and its fees are specified in detail on the application.
2. Application content can be obtained through in-app purchases.

All transactions between you and us are processed through the App Store from which you downloaded the application.

9. Application Content

1. The application content may contain trademark or copyright materials owned by us or third parties. The application content includes images, logos, music, photos and video content that are part of our application. The term "application content" also includes any part of any application content, or any collection, deviation, operation, modification, screen printing or reproduction or derivative work based on or containing any application content.
2. The application content can only be used as part of our application and cannot be used independently.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All global intellectual property rights in our application, application content and related documents belong to us and our licensors, and the rights in our application are licensed (not sold) to you. Except for the right to use our application or related documents in accordance with these Terms, you shall not have any intellectual property rights in these applications or related documents.

11. Advertising and Monetization

You acknowledge that our application and application content may be supported by advertising revenue, and we may place advertising, promotional or sponsored content on or in connection with the application content on our application. You acknowledge that we may not always identify advertising, promotional and sponsored content, and the manner, mode and scope of such advertising, promotional and sponsored content may change without prior notice. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a paid ad removal function through the settings menu in the application.
